Does the type of schooling a child receives directly impact his/her motivational orientation as an adult? Do children who attend traditional schools where the backbone of the system is based on extrinsic rewards, turn out to be adults who are extrinsically motivated......always chasing the dangling carrott?

Do children who are unschooled, where there are no tests, grades, requirements, curriculums retain more of their intrinsic motivation as adults? The answer is becoming increasingly important as we enter the conceptual age where creativity and innovation will be essential for individuals and corporations to survive and prosper.

These questions will be explored and answered in early 2011 when I release my next book.
